Our Plan to Rebuild

The RIVER site plan includes open lawn areas, sports fields and a 18,327 sq. ft. main building. The main building will include a 344-seat auditorium with a stage that will serve as a venue for business conferences, concerts, special events and local church gatherings. The building will also include workshop classrooms, administrative offices, multi-purpose meeting rooms, and a cafe for warm gatherings.

Visitors to The RIVER will enter from the McKenzie Highway. After parking, they will have access to a walkway that leads to an open lawn area with pickle ball courts, a covered picnic area and the main building entrance.

At the rear of the main building is an amphitheater with paved walkways and lawn area for seating, a children’s playground for local family use, and an outdoor kitchen and tables for serving food. A semi-private serenity walking path meanders for 1/4 mile through the trees and evergreen landscape.
